(approx 2(two) Kathas 5 (five) chhitaks and 35 (thirty five) Sq.ft.) out of the total land measuring about 4 (four) Kattas of land (as per the Lease Deed No 1066 of the year 1949 hold by Late Ramdhani Shaw) being part of the Holding No. 111 (old) New New 282/114 under Ward No. 43 of Asansol Municipal Corporation.
