Admeasuring East-West on both the sides 29 feet North-South on both the sides 15 feet Within this an extent 435 sq.ft. of site together with building thereon along with the right to use the roads and pathways and all other appurtenances thereto. The above said Item I & II property is situated in Old T.S.No.2/271 and New T.S.No.2/56, in Ward No.2 (B) and in Block 1 within Coimbatore Corporation limits.
