In this as per the said layout plan, land bearing Site No.29 measuring 3400 Sq.Ft (or) 315.99 Sq.Mtrs, in this, Northern side East-West 40ft, Southern side East-West 40ft, Eastern Side North-South 95 ft. Western side North-South 75ft. Thus making the above extent of 3400 Sq.ft (as per latest revenue sub-division the above lands form part of S.F.No.151/1A, lands measuring 1.980 Hectares in patta No. 934) of land along with regular pathway rights and all easements rights etc.
