4) LOT 2:-Equitable mortgage of factory land and building i.e. property measuring 13 Kanal 7.75 Marla consisting of Khewat No. 69/57, Khatoni No. 74, Khasra No. 5/18(7-12), 19(2-8), 22(7-17), situated at Village Malhipur, Post Doraha, Tehsil Payal, District Ludhiana (Punjab) owned by Mr. Jagdeep Singh Dhaliwal S/o Mr. Avtar Singh. NOTE:- (i) Factory Land & Building will be sold alongwith Shed Structure and Steel Structure but buyers can bid for Only Shed Structure & Steel Structure separately (GST Applicable on sale amount of Only Shed Structure and Steel Structure which will be deposited by auction purchaser) and if Only Shed Structure and Steel Structure is auctioned separately then the buyer has to clear the Shed Structure and Steel Structure within 30 days from the auction period, otherwise charges will be applicable to auction purchaser).
