Encumbrances known to the Bank: The Authorised Officer has obtained EC report of the properties from 01.01.2016 to 16.11.2023 and it has NIL encumbrance. Further, a suit for declaration of title numbered as OS 331/2023 is pending before Hon'ble Munsiff's Court, Punalur, however, no entries noted in the said EC.
