2) All that piece and parcel of a self contained Mosaic Flat, being Flat No. C-1, situated on the Second Floor, North-East Side of the G+IV storied with lift provision, front portion, measuring super built up area of 950 (Nine Hundred Fifty) sq. ft. mosaic floor, consisting of Two Bed building Rooms, One Drawing-cum-Dining Room, Two Toilets with W.C. One Kitchen and One Verandah and also together with proportionate undivided share of land as per schedule "A" and all common rights including roof right and common service and expenses and also fixtures and fittings, electrical installation mentioned in the Schedule 'C' hereunder written and the Flat is being erected as per sanctioned Building Plan being No. 199 of 2006-2007 dated 24.03.2007 duly sanctioned by The Chandannagar Municipal Corporation and the said Flat is situated within the Police Station- Chandannagar, within the limit of The Chandannagar Municipal Corporation Ward No.-3, holding No. previously 130/A and then 148/A, and at present 162, G. T.
