Customer Registration Procedure for e-Auction

To register for e-Auction, customers can follow these steps:

  1. Online Registration:

    • Visit MSTC’s website here and navigate to "New User."
    • Select "Buyer" and fill out the Buyer Registration Form, providing mandatory details like email address and Income Tax PAN number.
    • Agree to the General Terms & Conditions (GTC) and Buyer Specific Terms & Conditions (BSTC).
    • Generate a unique User ID and Password during the online registration. Note that MSTC will activate your password after completing offline registration.
  2. Registration for Hazardous Waste Items:

    • For items like batteries, waste oil, or specified non-ferrous metal wastes, ensure you have valid registration certificates from both the State and Central Pollution Control Boards. Register the relevant hazardous waste item during online registration.
  3. Confirmation Email:

    • After successful online registration, you'll receive an auto-email Confirmation Letter with your Buyer Registration Details. Download, sign, and submit this letter to MSTC to complete offline registration.
  4. Offline Registration Formalities:

    • Submit the following documents to MSTC offline:
      • Income Tax PAN Card (Original & Photocopy)
      • Photocopy of Latest Income Tax Return
      • Sales Tax Registration Certificates (Original & Photocopy)
      • Original documents for verification
      • Registration Fee of Rs. 10,000/- + 12.36% Service Tax by PO/DD favoring MSTC Ltd.
      • Signature verified by the bank on Bank’s Letter-head (for Proprietorship/Partnership Firms)
      • Two Passport-size Color Photographs
      • Notarized Photocopies of Valid Registration Certificates from Central and State Pollution Control Boards for Hazardous Waste Items (if applicable)
      • Copy of the email Confirmation Letter received from MSTC after successful online registration

Notes for Customers:

  1. Upon completing all online and offline registration formalities, MSTC will activate your password.
  2. For Hazardous Waste (HW) Items, your password will be activated upon submission of valid SPCB and CPCB Certificates within the specified time.
  3. Regular information about upcoming e-Auctions will be sent to your registered email ID.
  4. Ensure your email address is valid for all communications.
  5. Bidders must carefully review and confirm their bids before submitting them.
  6. A warning will be displayed if a bid is five times higher than the current highest bid.
  7. Check the "Auction Lot Status" immediately after the e-Auction closing to see if you've won any lot.
  8. Sale terms will be governed by the Special Terms and Conditions displayed on the "Live" e-Auction floor. Download a copy for your records.
