Nuh vehicle e-auction 2026: The Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, District Condemnation Board, Nuh, has announced an online e-auction of 60 condemned government vehicles belonging to various departments. The vehicles will be sold through the NIC e-Auction Portal on an “AS IS WHERE IS” and “AS IS WHAT IT IS” basis.
The auction comprises 19 lots , with a combined reserve price of ₹80.56 lakh. The vehicles include Mahindra Bolero, Tata Sumo, Chevrolet Tavera, Force Winger, Tata Winger, Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Eicher Mini Bus, Force Bus, tractors, trucks and motorcycles , among others.
According to the auction notice, bidders must complete the required offline fee and EMD formalities by 5 PM on September 18, 2026 at the office of the District Nazar, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, Room No. 327, Second Floor, Mini Secretariat, Nuh.
The online e-auction will be conducted on September 24, 2026 , starting at 9 AM and closing at 5 PM.
The e-Service Fee is ₹1,180 , which is non-refundable and must be deposited before participating in the e-auction. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 20% of the auction start/reserve price on a lot-wise basis and is refundable subject to the auction terms.
Bidders have to submit the required Demand Drafts and upload their photocopies on the e-auction portal before the stipulated deadline. Failure to upload the required documents can make a bidder ineligible to participate.

Nuh Government Vehicle Auction Lists
The first lot has a total reserve price of ₹2.10 lakh and includes three vehicles:
Lot 2 has a combined reserve price of ₹2.50 lakh .
The reserve price for Lot 3 is ₹3.65 lakh .
Four vehicles are included in Lot 4, with a combined reserve price of ₹2.79 lakh
Lot 5 includes seven motorcycles with a total reserve price of ₹57,000.
The vehicles comprise one TVS Phoenix and six TVS Apache motorcycles. Their individual reserve prices range from ₹7,800 to ₹8,500.
Six motorcycles are included in Lot 6, with a combined reserve price of ₹49,000.
The lot includes TVS Apache motorcycles and one TVS Phoenix , with individual reserve prices ranging from ₹7,800 to ₹8,400.
Lot 7 has a reserve price of ₹6.90 lakh and includes three Tata Winger vehicles from S.H.K.M. College, Nalhad:

Three Force Motors Loaders are offered in Lot 16 at a combined reserve price of ₹4.85 lakh .
Lot 17 contains four additional Force Motors Loaders with a combined reserve price of ₹6.68 lakh . The individual reserve prices in this lot range from ₹1.65 lakh to ₹1.70 lakh .
Lot 18 has three Tata Winger vehicles, all from the CMO Office, Nuh. The combined reserve price is ₹7.53 lakh .
The final lot contains three vehicles with a combined reserve price of ₹5.77 lakh :
Interested bidders must first create a user ID and password on the NIC e-Auction Portal . The registration process requires bidders to complete the online enrolment, create login credentials and link a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) to their account.
The bidder must also pay the prescribed e-Service Fee and Participation Fee/EMD through Demand Draft within the stipulated period. The DD copies have to be uploaded on the portal, after which the department will verify and approve the bidder for participation.
The vehicles will be sold on an “AS IS WHERE IS” and “AS IS WHAT IT IS” basis . Individuals aged 18 years and above are eligible to participate. GST at 18% or the applicable rate will be charged extra from the successful bidder.
The notice states that bidders are responsible for physically inspecting the condemned vehicles before bidding . For four-wheelers and other vehicles such as cars, jeeps, buses and trucks, the minimum bid increment is ₹5,000 per lot , while the minimum increment for two-wheelers is ₹2,000 per lot .
The highest online bids will be placed before the Rate Approval Committee under the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, District Condemnation Board, Nuh . The committee has the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
Successful bidders must deposit the accepted sale value within three working days from the date of issue of the acceptance letter. GST at the applicable rate must also be deposited within the prescribed period.
After proof of payment of the sale value and applicable GST is received, the concerned department will issue the release order . The purchaser must lift the vehicle within 15 days of issuance of the release order, subject to the conditions specified in the auction notice.
The auction notice specifically states that these vehicles are intended to be sold as scrap . Their registrations will be cancelled after auction, and the auctioned vehicles will not be eligible to run on public roads or be registered with a Road Transport Authority .
Therefore, bidders should carefully inspect the vehicles and understand the scrap-sale conditions before placing their bids.
For unsuccessful bidders, the EMD is to be returned within 30 days from the closing date of the online auction through DD, cheque, NEFT or RTGS. For successful bidders, the EMD is retained until the payment process is completed and the release order is issued.
The EMD may be forfeited if a bidder withdraws or amends the bid during the auction or fails to deposit the required sale value and applicable GST within the stipulated period after receiving the acceptance letter.
